Meath GAA are currently seeking suitably qualified applicants for Assistant SC coaching roles within our Long Term Player Development Program for 2015. The roles involve working with football and hurling development squads across the U14-U17 age grades and involves a commitment of approx. 2-3 hours per week. At this time the role is unpaid however the successful candidates have the opportunity to work with the county’s elite youth players in a role which is guaranteed to allow them to develop relevant experience in applying their knowledge, skills and coaching acumen.
Applications are welcome from recent graduates of SC and sports-science related courses and from those experienced in the field who are presently engaged in these studies.
We also welcome applicants who are graduates in the field of Nutrition who may also be interested gaining experience through working with our squads.
Commitment is required from April-December and applications accompanied by CV can be submitted to Seamus Kenny, Meath GAA Operations Manager, Pairc Tailteann, Navan, County Meath. Closing date for applications is March 31st.
